We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.
If the return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit (Whiskey Darling E-Giftcard) will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
- Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit (Whiskey Darling E-Giftcard).
- If the purchase was made on our website, the E-Giftcard will be issued to the website. If the purchase was made on our app or live sale, a store credit will be issued to your CommentSold account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
- We do not provide return labels.
Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.
Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.
Sale, Clearance, BOGO, or any discounted item marked sale is Final Sale.
- Any purchase using a 25% off or more discount is Final Sale.
- Jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, gift items, SWIG coolers and other similar products, and accessories are Final Sale or any items we deem are Final Sale.
If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and are subject to a 20% restock fee and only 2 returns accepted per month.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
INSTALLMENTS: Sezzle or Shop Pay
- We offer full store credit for all eligible returns including items paid for with Sezzle or Shop Pay.
- If a purchase was made using Shop Pay or Sezzle the customer is still responsible for paying the full balance even though the Whiskey Darling E-Giftcard has been issued for the return.
- If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
- If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
We do not offer exchanges. An E-Giftcard will be issued once your return is processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.
Please note if applicable, listed in the description of every item on the website and app are the measurements of the item, a sizing guideline, and the model size. Our Product Management team works incredibly diligently to ensure these measurements are correct and specific to every applicable item.

Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern. Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, resolutions and more. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective.

FAQ- How do I access my store credit?
An E-Giftcard is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion a gift card may go to your Spam folder. If you need additional assistance finding your store credit please email email@example.com All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
