Whiskey Darling Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below! We do not provide return labels. Items must be shipped back to us. You can take your return items to your local USPS or UPS store. If an item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and meets all our criteria, we will issue a full refund.
Merchandise may be returned & delivered to us within 14 days from the date you received your order for a refund. Refunds will only be given back to the original form of payment. Returns received after 14 days - 30 days from the date you received the order will be issued store credit.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. The shoe box must not be damaged to receive a refund. If the shoe box is damaged, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and are subject to a 20% restock fee and only 2 returns accepted per month.
All Holiday Sales, Labor Day Sale, Black Friday deal items, Black Friday discounts, sale items, PINKWEEKEND items, items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more, jewelry, swimwear, leggings, bralettes, bodysuits (or any intimates), gift items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
All returns must be MAILED back to our warehouse.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery. If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return.
Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
